Order Processing & Shipping
Due to high order volume, processing times are 3–4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Maison Cosette is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through Maison Cosette are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo proof and the order number. Claims submitted outside this window will be denied.
Chargebacks & Disputes
