All items purchased from Maison Cosette are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as many of our pieces are custom-made or made to order.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, store credit may be issued for items that arrive damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof and your order number so we may review the issue. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Once an order has been shipped, Maison Cosette is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Maison Cosette offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, exposure to water or chemicals, tarnishing, discoloration, lost items, or damage caused after delivery.
Because many of our pieces are custom-made or made to order, all sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof and your order number. All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
If approved, the warranty may result in a repair, replacement, or store credit. Refunds are not offered.
Warranty coverage is void if the item has been altered, mishandled, or improperly cared for.

All orders placed with Maison Cosette require a processing period of 3–4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary due to order volume and the custom-made nature of certain items.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
