Refund Policy
All sales made through Maison Cosette are final sale. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
Maison Cosette is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
Due to high order volume, order processing times are 3–4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days. Processing and shipping timeframes are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs delays or additional fees do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact shopmaisoncosette@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof and the order number. Failure to do so will result in the claim being denied.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested using order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and this policy as evidence of purchase agreement.
